GlobalLingo provides language lessons, practice exercises, conversation scenarios, progress tools, and an AI tutor. Features can differ by language, account status, and plan, and the product will continue to evolve as new learning surfaces are released.

The current individual offers are Free $0/mo, Pro $14.99/mo, and Elite $34.99/mo. Pro is also listed at Pro $149.99/yr; Elite is also listed at Elite $349.99/yr. The pricing page is the source of truth for included features and the price shown at checkout.

Teams is a separate, quote-only business offer with per-seat pricing and organization-specific terms. A Teams conversation or quote does not change the individual-plan prices above.

Annual billing is paid for the selected annual period through checkout; monthly billing renews monthly. The payment provider’s checkout and receipt details control the transaction record. Teams billing and refunds are handled in the organization’s quote or agreement.

You may not use GlobalLingo to:

• Break the law, impersonate another person, or violate someone else’s rights.
• Probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls for the service.
• Upload malware, automated abuse, or content intended to harm other learners or the service.
• Use another person’s account or payment method without permission.

AI tutor responses, corrections, scores, and scenario dialogue can be incomplete or inaccurate. They are learning aids, not medical, legal, financial, employment, safety, or other professional advice. Check important information with a qualified person before relying on it.

You are responsible for the prompts, recordings, messages, and other material you submit. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use or information that another person expects you to keep confidential. You give GlobalLingo permission to process that content as needed to operate the learning features you choose, subject to the Privacy page.

We work to keep GlobalLingo useful, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or changed for maintenance, security, capacity, provider outages, or product updates. We may add, remove, or revise lessons and features; paid-plan changes will be communicated through the applicable product or billing flow when required.

We may limit, suspend, or close an account when necessary to protect learners, investigate abuse, address a security risk, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and a way to contact support. You may stop using the service at any time, subject to any outstanding payment or organization terms.

To the extent permitted by law, GlobalLingo is provided without guarantees that every lesson, AI response, or practice result will be accurate, uninterrupted, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, GlobalLingo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. The last-updated date above identifies the current version. If a change materially affects your use of a paid offer, we will use the applicable account or billing channel when required.
