Why GlobalLingo, not another app
A tutor you talk to. Not a streak you chase.
GlobalLingo treats Spanish as a skill, not a leaderboard stat. Practise the conversation that matters, get scored on the lines you stumble on, and graduate to DELE when the path is ready.
The Madrid café, the Mexico City plaza, the clinic front desk — practised before the moment you actually need them. No flashcards in isolation.
See itYour voice is scored against a native curve — the /ɾ/, the vowels, the rhythm. The accent improves turn by turn, not month by month.
See itReading, listening, writing, and speaking practice mapped against the DELE A2 and B1 rubrics. Sit the exam confident in your preparation.

FAQ
Quick answers before you start.
The questions that come up most when a learner opens the Spanish pilot. If yours isn't here, email the team — we read everything.
Is Spanish hard to learn for English speakers?
Spanish is among the easiest major languages for English speakers — the orthography is regular, verb conjugation follows predictable patterns, and word order is forgiving. The two real hurdles are listening fluency and the idiomatic register shifts (tú / usted, ser / estar) that you only catch from speaking with a native partner. Both are exactly what the AI tutor practises from lesson one.
How long does it take to reach conversational Spanish?
Reasonable conversational fluency lands at 6–12 months of consistent 30-minute-a-day practice. CEFR A2 — small talk, ordering at a café, asking for directions — typically arrives in 4–6 months; B1 — handling a medical visit or a job interview — within 8–12 months. The tutor adapts the pace: it slows where you hesitate and stretches where you fly.
Do I get a DELE certificate on completion?
GlobalLingo does not issue DELE certificates. The official DELE (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera) is administered by the Instituto Cervantes. Pro and Elite subscriptions include alignment lessons and reading / writing / listening practice that maps directly to the DELE A2 and B1 rubrics so you can sit the exam confident in your preparation.
Is GlobalLingo free for Spanish?
The Spanish pilot is free to start — no card required, no time-limited trial. Free gives you full access to one language with reading, listening, and writing, plus ten tutor conversations per day. Pro ($14.99 / mo) removes the daily cap and unlocks pronunciation analysis, offline lessons, and writing coaching; Elite ($34.99 / mo) adds every other language, exam prep, and family accounts. Cancel any time; Pro and Elite ship with a 30-day money-back window.
